The stack for Tuapsinsky Refinery with the diameter equal to 3600 mm and height 90 m is fabricated from heat-resistant steel grade 12Х1МФ (12Kh1MF). According to the selected procedure, the stack shall be fabricated in sections up to 10 m long and 3600 mm in diameter, representing shells    (shell sections) with stiffeners. There should be totally fabricated 11 shell sections for this stack.
The stack shafts with the diameter 1200 mm and height 90m are fabricated for this customer of steel grade 09Г2С (09G2S) using two thicknesses, which are 8 and 10 mm. Totally Krasny Kotelshchik shall fabricate 16 shell sections with the length 11 m for the stack shafts. In spite of the fact that this production is a new one for the company, its specialists promise that difficulties are not expected during fabrication. Estimated completion time is February, 2011.
It should be noted that the stack is designated to remove exhaust gases to the atmosphere. Stacks and their shafts shall be installed in the steel structure.
