Completion of Collection of Offers for Acquisition of Shares of Additional Issue
 JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: HYDR; MICEX, RTS and LSE) announces today completion of collection of offers for acquisition of shares of additional issue number № 1-01-55038-Е-038D of November 19, 2009.
In accordance with point 8.3 of the Decision on additional share issue the decision on acceptance of the offers will be made by the Company no later than 22 days after the expiration of the period for offer collection. The Company reserves the right not to accept offers in order to prevent diluting value for current shareholders by placing securities at a value substantially below current market price.
