For reducing terms of manufacturing designer-technological documents, control possibility for the process of technical preparation of manufacturing in real-time mode at OJSC “Turboatom” is entered single system of electronic circulation of documents. This system is based on software of company "ASKON", which consists of three program units: system of computer-aided design of technical process "VERTICAL", software for manufacturing designer documentation "KOMPAS" and system of managing engineering data and product life "LOTSMAN:PLM".
Since 2008 at OJSC "Turboatom" are set out adoption of data program products and since 2009 the system began to introduce in two directions: in technical services – SAPR ME “VERTICAL” and “KOMPAS” on basis of designer bureau of the enterprise. Today is practically finished introducing of programs "VERTICAL" and "KOMPAS", adoption of system "LOTSMAN: PLM" and creating single electronic information base is planned to finish to the end of current year.
System of electronic designer-technological circulation of documents gives possibility to decide the most important tasks of manufacturing preparation. Now at the enterprise is created electronic archive of documentation, in the process of automation and streamlining of all stages its preparation, which will short time of manufacturing and transfer documents from one subdivision into another.
