IDGC of the North-West, JSC is going to develop technical requirements to the production purchased by some groups of electric technical equipment. These arrangements are connected with a big number of the market participants of producers of electric technical equipment and a wide range of production offered in order not to allow to purchase poor quality equipment and to optimize purchasing procedures.
It was discussed at the meeting of the branches’ chiefs by operation and repair of distribution grids of IDGC of the North-West , JSC which took place in Yoshkar-Ola at the end of April.
By the analysis results of the new equipment faults revealed in 2009, an increase of damage of equipment is fixed in comparison with 2008 in all the branches of IDGC of the North-West , beside “Vologdaenergo” and “Komienergo”.
12 violations with the damage of new equipment happened in the work for the last year. From them there: branch ““Vologdaenergo” (3 pcs.), “Karelenergo” (5 pcs.), “Kolenergo” (1 pcs.), “Komienergo” (1 pcs.). The letters to the address of plants-producers are sent by all the violations and a recondition or change of the damaged equipment is made.
The work by accounting of cases of the new equipment damage is decided to be continued to analyze and adjust the existing list of equipment not recommended for the purchase. Besides that each branch of IDGC of the North-West will work out technical requirements by one type of equipment. All this will help to provide a qualitative incoming inspection of the equipment purchased.
Project technical requirements to purchased production is planned to submit for the consideration by the scientific and technical council of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.
