HMS Group to manufacture retrofitted pumping unit for Nizhny Novgorod SDPP
 The integrated commercial company of HMS Group - HYDROMASHSERVICE – as a result of the tender will supply the retrofitted pumping unit for the energy complex of Nizhny Novgorod SDPP (Volga).
The pumping unit based on the feed pump of PE series with 580 m³/h rated capacity and 1975 m head is intended for replacement of the overaged equipment by the modern state-of-the-art equipment. The new pump has an improved flow path designed with application of the most advanced fluid dynamics software providing high efficiency and energy saving as well as low noise and vibration level. Mechanical seals prevent leakage of the pumped medium. The pump rotor will be equipped with the patent pull-off device providing high reliability of the hydraulic balancing disc.
HMS Group has a significant experience in manufacture and supply of state-of-the-art pumping equipment for the main and auxiliary processes of the largest SDPPs. The current contracts under execution include manufacture and supply of the equipment for Verkhnetagilskaya SDPP (OGK-1, Sverdlovsk Region) and Iriklinskaya SDPP (OGK-1, Orenburg Region).
