“Turboatom” finished manufacture of equipment for Novosibirsk HPP
 PJSC “Turboatom” finished manufacture of hydroequipment for Russian Novosibirsk HPP (station No 4). Turbine completely manufactured and transferred for shipment.
In September enterprise shipped runner, shaft is preparing for shipment. To the end of November remain mechanisms of turbine will be shipped.
In October plant started manufacture of the next hydrounit (station No 3). Runner is preparing for assemblage, manufacture of parts of distributor finished, its control assemblage planned for November.
At Novosibirsk HPP PJSC “Turboatom” implements modernization of seven hydroturbines ПЛ-20-В-800 Kaplan type, with installation of new runners, 8 m diameter, oil-free insert and improved power and cavitation characteristics. After installation of modernized turbine capacity of unit will increase from 58.6 to 72 MW, after rehabilitation of generator design capacity will increase up to 82 MW.
Nowadays 2 units are in operation, 1 – erected and under commissioning and adjustment works, 1 – under shipment, 1 – under manufacture.
