According to the Memorandum parties express intention to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in such directions as search and realization of the optimal strategy of complex field development of JC RusVietPetro LLC, which is focused on enhanced oil recovery; application of innovative technologies of the field development and operation; optimization of the field development and operation pattern of the blocks of Central Khoreyver Uplift for the purpose of improvement of the project economics; development and measures implementation for the purpose of maximal use of associated petroleum gas; environmental risk minimization; cooperation in social sphere.

Signing of this document is another important step in development and strengthening of cooperation between Russia and its strategic partner Vietnam in oil and gas field.
