Krasny Kotelshchik has supplied equipment for the first heat recovery steam generator for Serovskaya GRES

Among the large range of the delivery products are: the Main HRSG Gas Duct, HRSG Inlet Gas Duct, seven Heating Surface Modules (each of 4 Assemblies), Stack (shell segments) with the Transient Gas Duct, High Pressure Drum with Internals and Supports. Total weight of equipment shipped to the GRES is over 3.5 thou. tons. It will be remembered that the Contract for Design, Manufacture and Supply of equipment between

PJSC EMAlliance and the Customer was signed in April 2011. Under the Contract, EMAlliance has undertaken to fulfill the Project and supply the HRSG for the new Unit PGU-420 of Serovskaya GRES (the Branch of PJSC OGK-2). The HRSG design and manufacture is performed under the License Agreement between PJSC EMAlliance and American Company NOOTER/ERIKSEN, INC. Works on the equipment design have been executed by experts from the Engineering Centre of «EMAlliance- BSDB BP» (Barnaul). This will be the first Heat Recovery Steam Generator that will be installed at Serovskaya GRES.

Krasny Kotelshchik is also effecting shipment to Cherepovetskaya GRES (weight of the equipment to be supplied will be over 3.6 thou. tons), HRSG Assemblies for Vladimirskaya TPP-2 and equipment for Kirovskaya TPP-3.
