The purpose of the competition is improving of the professional level of operational and maintenance personnel for maintenance of electric distribution networks, and using of the up-to-date methods of work.
The first meeting of the Organizing Committee for the All-Russian competition ( representatives of Holding IDGC, IDGC North-West  and Vologdaenergo) took place in Vologda. Holding IDGC was presented by: Head of the Department of Technical Audit - Vice-Chairman of the Organizing Committee Mikhail Lvov, the deputy chief of the Personnel Department Victor Lutskovich, chief expert of the Department of Technical Audit Vladimir Kamyshev.
IDGC North-West was presented by: Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer - Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee Georgy Turlov, Head of Technical Inspection Oleg Anfimov, Deputy General Director of Organizational Development and Personal Vladimir Schelkonogov.
From “Vologdaenergo” attended the first deputy director - chief engineer Anatoly Pinizhaninov.
During the meeting, which took place at the territory of the training polygon , members of the Organizing Committee inspected the place of the All-Russian competition, discussed issues related to organization of the event, made adjustments in the program of competitions and have made a list of questions for the preparation of the Regulations of the competitions.
