Between 14 and 16 April the Bulgarian capital Sofia will host for a sixth consecutive year the South-East European congress and exhibition on energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy sources (RES)

The event aims at presenting on the SE European market new technology, equipment and services, and attracting the public attention to the practical benefits from renewables and the different means to save energy.

The Congress and exhibition provide an excellent platform for dialogue and business contacts. The event combines in an unique way scientific and industrial issues from all perspectives of EE & RES, providing the industry professionals with the latest technologies, strategies and best practices that lower costs and improve reliability.

Europe is now a world leader in sustainable energy projects and improvements. The EE & RES Congress & Exhibition focus every year on one of the most advanced countries and regions with the purpose to establish a strategic partnership for know-how transfer.

The Focus country for 2010 will be Italy. Germany will be again the strategic partner of the event. For the first time there will be a special session for Electric & Hybrid Vehicles: e-cars & e-bikes in SEE and in Central Europe; other innovative e-mobile systems; Hybrids. More than 500 stakeholders are expected to attend, ranging from policy makers, regional authorities, business professionals, banks and venture capitalists, research and educational bodies, service providers and company executives from all sectors where intelligent energy management can make the change.
