According to him, during the forming of the document they carefully analyzed and took into account the accrued experience of carrying out of the works inspectorate checkups for the past 5 years. They also took into account the opinion of the heads and technical specialists of the grid complex branches which were directed to the improvement of work in this direction, and first of all to solve the issues of planning and organization of such activities.
“Annually, the works inspectorate department will carry out no more than one planned topical checkup devoted to the theme known in advance. We are sure that such more open form of interaction, cooperation and work with branches is the most effective. Experience shows that during the preparation to the works inspectorate which should be understandable and transparent, the branches carry out great work directed to the elimination of the drawbacks and it is possible to solve most of the issues minimizing the possible risks”, said the Head of the Works Inspectorate Department.
According to Oleg Anfimov. the major goal which was set to the specialists of the works inspectorate by General and Technical Directors of the Company is first of all, the forecast of risks, and detection of the weak points in the system of the power supply of the grid complex of the North-Western region on the basis of the constant analysis and control. And the result of such a work is the effective measures directed to solve the problematic issues which can negatively influence the safety of the personnel work as well as the work of the equipment and functioning of the power supply system in general.
“Together with this the tight control, but not the petty-minded meddling, together with implementation of all the current regulations, rules and norms will be carried out by the specialists of the works inspectorate department of IDGC of North-West within the framework of the determined powers”, noted Oleg Anfimov.
