NPO delivers GPA to CS «Novourdomskaia»
 PJSC «Sumy Frunze NPO» is finishing the shipment of turbo-compressor units for the compressor station «Novourdomskaia», which is built on a new gas pipeline «Ukhta - Torzhok» (Russia).
According to the agreement with Russian JSC «Gazprom», Sumy machine builders produced four compressor trains with power capacity of 25 MW each. They used compressors with magnetic bearings and gas dynamic seals. All turbo-compressor trains are supplied with process equipment. They are designed in the individual housing, which greatly simplifies installation and commissioning on site, as well as the further operation of the units. In addition, this order provides for manufacturing of compressor station process equipment, such as: air coolers, gas treatment units, scrubbers, pipeline valves of various sizes, etc.
Construction of six compressor stations is planned at the first stage of gas pipeline system «Ukhta-Torzhok». As Svetlana Zhuk, the Head of division of PJSC Sales Department, says, «Sumy Frunze NPO» fulfills the work at all these projects. In particular, JSC «Gazprom» has approved Sumy machine builders as the suppliers of turbo - compressor units and process equipment for four stations, including the CS «Novourdomskaia». The Company will produce centrifugal compressors for two other projects.
«Sumy Frunze NPO» has been working with JSC «Gazprom» for over 30 years. Recent years, this Russian Oil&Gas Company has been one of the key customers of Sumy machine builders.
