EMAlliance has obliged to implement Project and to supply three HRSGs with steam capacity of 632 tons of steam per hour for Nyaganskaya GRES. The equipment was manufactured within the framework of the licensed agreement between PJSC EMAlliance and American company NOOTER/ERIKSEN, INC. Works on the HRSG designing were carried out by the specialists of PJSC Engineering Centre EMAlliance-BSDB BP (Barnaul).
The HRSGs were designed according to the individual models and with application of up-to-date technologies, which considerably reduce design steel intensity and raise equipment maintainability.
Boilers of such design were manufactured at PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik for the first time. For this reason product manufacturing resulted in development of new welding technologies, technological procedures, and also professional improvement of additional welder quantity.
At the present time Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik has completed the shipment of all three HRSGs for the given customer.
