Effective Technologies for Downhole Pumping Equipment Reconditioning
 Reconditioning of downhole pumping equipment with application of modern effective technologies has allowed TATNEFT saving more than 4,2 billion rubles for the past 5 years. The volume of reconditioned equipment exceeded 12,6 million pieces.
Up-to-date units of nondestructive testing ensuring a high level of fault detection through application of methods of flaw detection, thickness gauging, structurescopy have been installed at the downhole pumping equipment repair shops for reconditioning of tubing. The tubing string repair with subsequent application of polymer coating significantly improves their performance. This technology provides for increasing the service life of the tubing string in the injection wells with pumping waste water by 1.5 - 2 times. The reconditioned tubes with polymer coating have been installed in 3,380 wells of the Company.
