The shareholders of Mantra Resources Limited approve a deal to sell 100% of the company’s shares to ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.
 At the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting held 20 May 2011, the shareholders of Mantra Resources Limited approved the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.
The agreement to implement the scheme for the acquisition of Mantra Resources Limited shares was supported by 99.96% of the votes cast.
Under the terms of the deal, Mantra shareholders will receive AU$ 7.02 per share, including AU$ 6.87 in cash funds from ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. and a cash dividend of AU$ 0.15 from Mantra.
The deal is expected to close in June 2011.
