At substation 110 / 6 kV "Antonovo” according to the plan of reconstruction will be replaced transformers, the same operations will be carried out at substation 110/10 kV “Parfino’. Reconstruction will be held during the period 2011-2012, the cost of the project will amount to 602 million 252 thousand rubles (without VAT).
Another 4 million 835 thousand rubles (without VAT) in 2011 will be invested to the reconstruction and upgrading of substation 110/10 kV "Valdai" and substation 110/10 "Podberezye”.
The list of overloaded power facilities includes 15 high-voltage substations, which are according to the 4 quarters of 2010, do not have free capacity. The average loading at this substations in the emergency mode, taking into account the technical conditions and concluded contracts, is around 150%. Substations need to be reconstructed with the replacement of transformers. “Novgorodenergo” developed long-term plan to upgrade these facilities.
Totally, in the zone of responsibility of “Novgorodenergo” are 134 substations 35-110 kV.
