RusHydro approved a revised Innovations Development Program of the Company for 2011-2015
 JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the amended document was developed in compliance with the results of the session of Presidential Commission on modernization and technological development of the Russian economy, held on January 31, 2011, as well as based on Guidelines on preparation of innovations development programs for joint-stock companies with state participation, state corporations and federal state unitary enterprises approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
The document provides details on targets and priorities of RusHydro's innovations development, determines directions of intellectual property policy improvement and specifies KPIs of the program implementation. At the same time the changes do not change the essentials of innovation development, outlined in the previous revision of the Program, including financial conditions of its implementation and financing model.
