ZTR transformers ensures reliable operation of the largest metallurgical complex of Central Asia
 JSC “Zaporozhtransformator” (ZTR) has signed the new contract for equipment supply for JSC “ArselorMittal Temirtau” (Kazakhstan). The order for manufacture of transformer rated for 16 MVA, 35 kV for the Company Metallurgical Enterprise has been already placed for production.
The equipment will be shipped in March 2011.
Since the beginning of the year 2011, two transformers 63 MVA, 110 kV have been supplied to JSC “ArselorMittal Temirtau”. At present time the negotiations as for contract signing for delivery of another 2 transformers rated for 63 MVA are in process.
“ZTR and ArselorMittal Temirtau have been intercooperated for a long period of time – mentioned Yevgeny Burmakov, Head of sales subdivision to Kazakhstan and Central Asia. – Within the period from 2001 up to 2010, we manufactured for the Company 16 units of different transformers which are ensuring reliable operation of Metallurgical Enterprise in Temirtau as well as of coal mines department of the Company in Karaganda city”.
