KazMunayGas plans to build 220 km gas supply line in Kyzylorda Region
 National Company KazMunayGas (part of National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna") is planning to build gas supply lines in a number of towns and villages in the Kyzylorda Region (southern Kazakhstan).
According to the release, in 2011-2012 the company will build 13 km of high pressure lines and 207 km of low pressure lines, with a total throughput capacity of 21,950 cubic meters of gas an hour.
The project will bring gas to 5,500 households and 1200 municipal enterprises of the region.
National Company KazMunayGas JSC is a national operator for exploration, production, processing and transportation of hydrocarbons. The company represents the state interests in the oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan. KazMunayGas is wholly owned by Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund.
