“STROYGAZMONTAZH” has proceeded pipeline.with construction of the Ukhta – Torzhok gas
 The 6th string of the Ukhta – Torzhok trunk gas pipeline is being constructed with the purpose of productivity increase of the trunk pipelines system Ukhta – Torzhok during transportation of gas from the Bovanenkovo field. The employer is OJSC “Yamalgazinvest”.
LLC “STROYGAZMONTAZH” will construct 486 km of the gas pipeline with its total length amounting to 972 km. The diameter of pipe is 1420 mm, pressure – 9,8 MPa, designed output – 81,5 bln.m3 of gas annually.
The Ukhta – Torzhok gas pipeline will cross Vologda and Arkhangelsk regions. The builders will have to perform crossings with application of HDD methods under the rivers: the Malaya Severnaya Dvina river, the Libenga river and the Sukhona river. The length of one of the crossings going under the Libenga river is more than 1100 m. Construction of the gas pipeline comprises also construction of three compressor stations: Novoprivodinskaya, Novonyuksenitskaya and Novoyubileynaya.
As per the agreement the project implementation period is from December 2010 till December 2012. At the moment builders have proceeded with preparatory period works, relocation of machinery is being carried out, welding on pipe-welding station has been commenced.
