 OJSC "Turboatom" tested and dispatched to the customer equipment for unit No 6 TPP Aksu. On the test bench were collected cylinders of high, medium and low pressure turbine rotors for the K-325-23,5.
In the presence of the customer's equipment have been integrated tests, whose results had signed the act of acceptance.
Further details of the turbines will be dismantled, will be audited, conservation, and then they will be sent to the station, where the presence of the chief engineer OJSC "Turboatom" will carry out installation and commissioning.
Previously for the block No 6 "Turboatom" put transition tube, the nodes of the system of regulation and accessories. Complete supply of equipment for the station is planned in March.
Contract to upgrade the unit No 6 TPP Aksu OJSC "Turboatom" and OJSC “Eurasian Energy Corporation” signed in March 2010. Under the contract, the plant carries out modernization of the turbine as a result, its capacity will increase by 25 MW, will increase efficiency and agility, as well as increase life of power and the entire plant. In addition, after the reconstruction of a 5 % reduction in specific fuel consumption, this in turn will improve the environmental performance of thermal power plants.
