An extended branch meeting on new industries was held at MCC
 An extended branch meeting where the work flow on creating industries for the closure of the nuclear fuel cycle was organized at Mining and Chemical Combine.
Eugeny Evstratov, Rosatom Deputy General Director, Heads of Rosatom profile subdivisions, and as well Heads of the 11 enterprises and establishment: CDBMB OJSC, GI VNIPIET, TVEL OJSC, INTRA CJSC, SVERDNIIHIMMASH, ITSYAK OJSC, ROSENERGOATOM OJSC, YUMZ OJSC, DOZA, PROMINGENEERING BK CJSC, OJSC BUREYAGESSTROY took part in the meeting.
In December, 2010 an experimental operation of the site overload equipment started at the air-cooled storage SNT (SFS-2) MCC. The meeting of January 21 began with a technical video presented by Petr Gavrilov, MCC General Director, that demonstrated the successful work of the created overload technical scheme. After that the meeting participants came directly to SFS-2 and estimated the quality and the volume of works done at the site. Also on January 21–22, several meetings were held, where the questions of creating UDC, landfill SRW for the combine needs, software for the perspective security systems provide, the reconstruction of the SNT wet storage, equipment furnishing for SFS-2 and many others were discussed.
Such a full-scale and complex meeting where many of the adjacent enterprises were presented on the level of General Directors speaks for a great importance placed to ecologic security and the closure of Rosatom nuclear fuel cycle that are the basis for the prospects of Mining and Chemical Combine development. The meeting participants highly estimated the volume and the quality of the works done by MCC.
