Balakovo NPP: power unit No. 3 is connected to the grid upon completion of the scheduled maintenance
 Power unit No. 3 of Balakovo NPP was connected to the grid upon completion of the scheduled preventive maintenance. Warm-up and start-up of the power unit were carried out without any deviations, in accordance with technological requirements for safe operation.
At present Balakovo NPP operates all the four power units in the routine mode.
The radiation background in the city of Balakovo and in the area of Balakovo NPP location corresponds to the natural background values typical for the European part of the Russian Federation.
No deviations from limits and conditions of safe operation of the nuclear power plant detected.
