“Electrtotyazhmash” put into industrial operation equipment for complex machining of collectors
 SE plant “Electrotyazhmash” has put into operation the machine allowing to perform complex machining of collectors.
As it was informed by Chief Engineer Mr. Alexander Tulupov the equipment with the cost of over than 3 mln. hryvnas purchased from American company CAM Innovation has brilliantly recommended itself.
«We have completely excluded the possibility of spoilage at production of such important unit of a traction electric motor as the collector. The new equipment provides us with one-hundred per cent quality of products», noted Mr. Tulupov.
As it was informed in February the plant has bought an expensive machine combining the operations of turning down, slotting and grinding of collectors. Due to this purchase provided is stable quality in production of absolutely all the motors produced by the plant.
Only for the last year the enterprise invested into the technical rearmament over than 40 mln. hryvnas. that is almost half as much as the index of 2008 when the enterprise directed 27 mln. hryvnas for renovation of production capacities. In 2010 the plant is going to increase the investments into renovation of manufacturing having directed 71.5 mln. hryvnas for technical rearmament.
