At the meeting with Heads of enterprises and organizations of Kharkov General Director OJSC “Turboatom” Victor Subbotin spoke. In his speech he informed about present high rates of development of enterprise and prospects for net years.
As mentioned Victor Subbotin profit from “Turboatom`s” production sale in І six month of 2010 will consist 600 mln. hryv in this year enterprise plans to obtain 155 mln. hryv. of net profit, including I quarter actual profit consisted 88 mln. hryv.
Victor Subbotin also informed that on 1 January of current year already signed and started implementation stock of orders on 2 mlrd. hryvn. "It is safe to say under results of 2013 enterprise override scope of sale in 2 mlrd. hryv. under present dollar exchange rate", - he said.
Under information of General Director today average salary at enterprise is 2,6 thous hryv., and worker have over 4 thous. hryv. There is a new system of remuneration of labour , which came in the stead of productivity wage. "Now young worker, have worked two months could got wage 2 thuos. hryv. there are a lot of young people among turbine constructors", - he stated.
Speaking about "Turboatom", Andrey Kluyev stated that he informed about raider attack on enterprise. Raiders – this is criminal, illegal occupation of state enterprise or private property. "Authorities will not allow rider attacks on enterprise. I do not think that in the future “Turboatom” will meet with corporate conflicts. But if it will occur its resolution will take law machinery", - stated First Vice Prime Minister.
Victor Subbotin appreciate Andrey Kluyev for help in solving of corporate conflict, noted first time for many years enterprise works at “normal mode”.
Speaking at meeting, Chairman of Kharkov Region State Administration Mikhail Dobkin noted that one of the most problem of development of different spheres of region is a system of tender purchase: "We appeal with request to cancel using of tender purchase for machine building enterprises with state share over 50% in case when they implement purchase not from treasury accounts – that is for state account but for own funds".
As example he mentioned project of upgrading Dnieper series of HPP, implemented by OJSC "Turboatom". "Turboatom" is only enterprise which can implement reconstruction of these Power Plants and supply new hydro plants which are compatible with operated units. In this case tendering, approvals are wasting of time and resources", - noted Mikhail Dobkin.
Governor of Kharkov region also reminded about manufacturing capabilities of "Turboatom" and exactly about development of state program for manufacture of reactor vessel at enterprise and manufacturing of boiler equipment for Ukraine TPP and NPP. "We can competitive with "Siemens" and other competitors, for contracts in abroad, but on the territory of Ukraine we must use production manufactured by domestic manufacturers", – stated Mikhail Dobkin.
Victor Subbotin in his turn noted that “Turboatom” posses a huge potential and can realize supply of necessary equipment for domestic Nuclear and Thermal Power including Khmelnitskaya NPP.
