FAS Russia initiated a case against «EvrazHolding» for the signs of abusing market dominance
 The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against the group of persons «EvrazHolding» Ltd. for the signs of abusing dominance on the market of graded rolled metal products (Article 10 of the Federal Law «On Protection of Competition»).
The decision to initiate the case was made upon the findings of a FAS Russia's analysis of the situation on the market in Q2 2010. The reason for investigation - growth of prices for metal products at the beginning of 2010.
Currently FAS Russia is analyzing the causes and increasing price movement for coking coal and iron ore raw materials, as well as production costs at all production stages of metallurgical products.
It is planned that the case will be considered within a month after it was initiated.
