In the document it is noted that by 2016, share of NPPs in structure of generating facilities of UES of Russia will grow from 11.1% to 13.2%. Commissioning of new generating facilities at power plants of UES of RF during the period of 2010–2016 years is provided in the amount of 9.87 GW at NPPs. In 2010, the second power unit of Volgodonsk NPP is already put into operation.
According to the plans previously declared, in 2011 the fourth power unit of Kalinin NPP, in 2012 — the first power unit of Novovoronezh NPP-2, in 2013 — the first power unit of Leningrad NPP-2, in 2014 — the fourth power unit (with «fast neutron» reactor) of Beloyar NPP and the third power unit of Volgodonsk NPP, in 2015 the fourth power unit of Volgodonsk NPP, in 2016 — the second power unit of Leningrad NPP-2, the second power unit of Novovoronezh NPP-2 and the first power unit of Baltic NPP will be commissioned.
