WGC-3 twelve months 2009 IFRS Results
 WGC-3 Group announces its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December, 2009 prepared in accordance with IFRS.
EBITDA increased by RUR 166 million or 4% and comprised RUR 4 147 million for the year ended December 31, 2009.
EBITDA margin increased from 10% to 11%.
Total Revenue increased by RUR 973 million or by 3% up to RUR 39 397 million for the year ended December 31, 2009.
Revenues from sales of electricity and capacity comprised 97.40% of Total Revenues for the year ended December 31, 2009. In the reporting period Revenues from sales of electricity and capacity increased by RUR 876 million or by 2% compared to the year ended December 31, 2008.
Operating Expenses comprised RUR 37 350 million. Fuel costs represented the major part of Operating Expenses comprising 46% for the year ended December 31, 2009. Fuel purchase and transportation costs decreased by 4% (RUR 779 million) down to RUR 17 006 million for the year ended December 31, 2009.
Net Profit comprised RUR 4 296 million for the year ended December 31, 2009.
Total Assets increased by RUR 5 774 million or 5% up to RUR 111 169 million as of December 31, 2009. Net Working Capital comprised RUR 54 893 million as of December 31, 2009.
