Turboatom finished manufacture of condenser for South-Ukrainian NPP
 PJSC "Turboatom" completely manufactured condenser for Unit No 2 South-Ukrainian NPP. Enterprise has completed manufacture of three casings of capacitor row A. The control assemblage casings were presented to customer.
All equipment is packed and provided for shipment.
In October last year there were manufactured and shipped casings of row B, in December, took place commissioning of turbine with updated condenser row B.
According to the agreement for South-Ukrainian NPP PJSC "Turboatom" designed and manufactured condenser of block-module type with pipe system made of stainless steel to replace condenser with pipe system made of copper-nickel alloy of turbine K-1000-60 / 1500 with capacity 1000 MW. Replacement of equipment will allow turbine unit to operate at rated capacity when cooling water temperature changes, and will increase capacity and provide operation of Unit for extended period of operation.
Condenser consists of two rows A and B, every condenser includes three casings, in each casing there are 8 modules and total 48 modules.
