Currently, unit connected to the grid and under load of about 940 MW.

Under contract signed in February 2015, PJSC "Turboatom" has designed, manufactured and supplied for South-Ukrainian NPP condenser of block-module design with pipe system made of stainless steel to replace condenser with pipe system of copper-nickel alloy of turbine K-1000-60/1500 with capacity 1000 MW. Replacement of equipment will allow turbine unit to operate at rated capacity with changes in temperature of cooling water, as well as increase in power, and will provide work of unit for extended period of operation.

Condenser consists of two rows A and B, each includes three cases, each case has 8 modules, total 48 modules.

At this moment, company is completing manufacture of condenser cases of A row. Until the end of this year, equipment will be manufactured, presented to customer and provided for shipment.
