The Rosneft Head (Saras S.p.A BoD member) along with the management of the company, visited key production facilities of the refinery as well as the new site and facilities that were acquired from the Versalis company in the beginning of the year. Afterwards the parties held a meeting with Saras S.p.A. CEO Massimo Moratti among the participants.

The parties discussed Saras S.p.A operatiоns and development plans. During the meeting Igor Sechin noted that Rosneft, being a holder of a 12%-share of Saras S.p.A, is considerably interested in the succesful development of the company and offered Rosneft’s assistance to the analysis of possible initiatives aimed at boosting Saras S.p.A. profitability.

Summarizing the results of the discussion Rosneft and Saras noted the similarity of approaches on key issues of the enterprise’s development, and the parties decided to proceed with the joint work with the scope of raising Saras efficiency within further meetings.
