"Turboatom" continue work on equipment for Dnestrovskaya HPSPP
 OJSC “Turboatom” continue work under order for Dnestrovskaya HPSPP No 3. In February 2015 specialists of enterprise finished manufacture of shaft and runner of hydroturbine.
In presence of customer control assemblage of equipment took place, during which in runner and shaft was made joint boring of holes for following installation of fitter bushings and bolts.
This procedure need to control coincidence of mounting holes and to exclude misalignment of units of hydroturbine. This work require thorough preparation, because parts are overall, diameter of runner is 7,3 m, height – 2,8 m, length of shaft – 8,8 m, diameter – 3,2 m, weight of every part – over 100 t.
Implementation of control assemblage at plant conditions allow provide precession centering of unit and substantially reduce cycle of installation works at Power Plant.
Finishing of the third hydroturbine manufacture planned for the first quarter of 2015.
