Particularly was checked alignment of boring for installation of guide vanes bearings. More over enterprise delivered static balancing of hydroturbine runner. At the end Acceptance Certificate was signed stated that equipment manufactured in accordance with requirements of the contract and accepted by customer.      

Then turbine head cover and bottom ring of distributor will be packed and shipped. Runner will be coupled with shaft to check alignment of mounting holes. Finish of hydroturbine manufacture planned for the first quarter of 2015.

At this moment at power plant with participation of “Turboatom’s” supervision of erection specialists finished erection of embedded parts, including spiral chamber and stator, concreting is on the way. After this fitters will start erection of distributor, rotor and hydraulic machine mechanisms.

Under contract, concluded in April 2013, OJSC "Turboatom" will manufacture and supply full set of equipment for reversible radial-axial hydraulic machine ОРО170-В-730 Dnestrovskaya HPSPP. Maximum capacity of unit in turbine mode is 390 MW, in pump – 420 MW.
