The results of this and the previous meeting, which has been held in December last year, will be included in 2014 Sustainable Development Report to be released in April this year.

The audience noted that Sakhalin budget revenue has increased. The company transferred more than US$4.0 billion to the budget since the Sakhalin-2 project started. Social responsibility projects of Sakhalin Energy have received a favourable opinion, and proposals for environmental cooperation have been made.  The attendees also noted that such events allow for the company and stakeholders to build an open and constructive dialogue.

Sustainable Development Report has been released by Sakhalin Energy since 2009. Meetings like this take place every half year to discuss the сompany’s business, production, environment and social performance.
