OJSC “Turboatom” was visited by SE “NNPC” Energoatom” delegation
 OJSC “Turboatom” was visited by SE “NNPC” Energoatom” delegation headed by Yuriy Nedashkovskiy. During visit took place negotiations, there was discussed joint cooperation in area of Nuclear Power of Ukraine.
Especially it concerned manufacturing of stainless condenser fort Unit No 2 Yuzhno-Ukrainskaya NPP, 5 rows of blades for Khmelnitskaya NPP, and also were discussed issues of work for prospects.
Summarizing Yuriy Nedashkovskiy rated high readiness of “Turboatom” to manufacture necessary for domestic NPP line of equipment and accessories for new construction and Units under operation.
He mentioned that between parties there were reached agreements regarding substitution of import of equipment for NPP: “Manufacturing of blades for High Speed Turbines, “Turboatom” can do for us. And also we came to conclusion that casings of heavyweight equipment for vessels of the heat transport main circuit of Nuclear Unit could be manufactured at “Turboatom”.
Talking about completion of Units No 3 and No 4 Khmelnitskaya NPP, President of “NNPC” Energoatom” said: “Our Kharkov colleagues – turbine-builders confirmed their readiness to undertake obligations for supply of turbine island equipment for Nuclear Power Plants of Ukraine”.
In his turn General Director OJSC “Turboatom” Victor Subbotin thanked guests for visit and mentioned that Enterprise is ready for implementation of full scope of manufacturing of all necessary equipment.
Guests of “Turboatom” visited blade (No55), steam-turbine (No 53), hydroturbine (No 83), foundry (No50), forge (No 63), assemblage-testing (No 73) workshops and machining and welding workshops (No 72), firsthand viewed with manufacturing capabilities and work of Enterprise.
