St. Petersburg is changing into a major international center for natural gas sales
 Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller inaugurated the new office building of Gazprom Export located at Ostrovsky Square in St. Petersburg. The head of Gazprom cordially greeted the employees of the subsidiary on the occasion of the house-warming party.
Deputy Governor of St. Petersburg Mikhail Mokretsov, Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Alexander Medvedev, Director General of Gazprom Export Elena Burmistrova, and representatives of the city administration took part in the ceremony.
The new headquarters furnished with cutting-edge technological equipment is located in the reconstructed building with a total space of 18 000 square meters. The mansion finely fits into the architectural ensemble in the area.
“I would like to thank all those who worked hardly to refurbish the new building for Gazprom Export in the shortest period and with the best results. I am confident that the investments into this modern architectural pearl of our Northern Capital will soon pay back in benefits due to the successful work of our company”, Elena Burmistrova said.
