The Construction Department will be focused on arranging and managing the construction of the Company's process facilities: from preliminary stage to commissioning.

A set of issues related to preparing the investment program was transferred to the Corporate Costs Department and the Department for Finance and Economics.

These structural changes are a logical follow-up of Gazprom's efforts aimed at improving the management of all types of costs, including investment program costs.

Sergey Prozorov was born in the Bryansk Region in 1958. In 1980 he graduated from Bryansk Transport Machine-Building Institute, majoring in Turbine Construction.

Sergey Prozorov has been employed at Gazprom for 34 years.

Between 1980 and 1983 he worked at Ukhtatransgaz, between 1983 and 2006 – at Severgazprom. He went up the career ladder from compressor operator to Deputy Director General for Capital Construction.

Between 2006 and 2007 he acted as Head of the Capital Construction Directorate of Gazprom Transgaz Moscow.

From 2007 to 2014 Sergey Prozorov was First Deputy Head of the Investment and Construction Department of Gazprom.
