On August 12, Ivan Dybov, Vice President of “Rusatom International Network” JSC, gave a lecture devoted to Russian nuclear technologies and possible application of  ROSATOM experience in Brazilian market. He pointed that ROSATOM expertise is applicable not only for NPP construction in Brazil. This is a full-scale cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, including comprehensive partnership in nuclear medicine, supplies of isotopes, cooperation in education and research, participation of Brazilian companies in supply chain for other international projects of ROSATOM.   

Moreover, Ivan Dybov illustrated opportunities of the United Company NIAEP JSC – ASE, which is leading engineering company of ROSATOM Corporation, and its references in simultaneous realization of construction projects in nuclear and thermal energy, as well as possibilities in project management consulting. He also mentioned about innovative project management system “Multi-D” which can be applied not only for Russian designed NPPs, but for different complex engineering projects comparable with such objects as TPP, oil and gas engineering etc., including decommissioning projects. Ivan Dybov presented experience of the United Company together with NUKEM Technologies in cooperation related to engineering and construction facilities for treatment, utilization and storage waste and spent fuel management.

On August 13, MephI delegate, senior teacher M. Ternovyh gave a lecture, dedicated to international cooperation in nuclear sphere. He presented experience of MephI in training personnel for nuclear industry, international research projects and long term experience in training of foreign students in Russia.
