Department Promservice is the first one in the association to switch to outsourcing
 Now it has become a republican subsidiary unitary enterprise Belorusneft-Promservice. This reorganization was carried out following instruction of the Government of of Belarus to reduce expenses of products manufacturing.
Promservice was chosen as a testing site, first of all, due to its personnel previous outsourcing experience. Since 2007 this principle has been used in servicing the filling stations of oil products supply business units. Moreover, Promservice has good human capacity and physical infrastructure. And what is more important, its services are geographically represented in the entire territory of Belarus.
Belorusneft-Promservice does not start independent work from scratch. The association signs off to the department administrative and production buildings, equipment and spare parts, laboratories and special vehicles on a gratis basis, required to perform servicing and render a range of services.
The enterprise already has the first results of independent work. The personnel won a bid for servicing the network of fillings stations of Lukoil company in Belarus.
