Moscow Exchange revised its listing rules introducing several innovations, such as the use of free float among the qualification criteria or the requirement for the issuers to provide three (previously—one) years of IFRS financial statements in order to qualify for the Top-Tier Quotations List.

New listing rules also establish stricter corporate governance requirements for the issuers, as stipulated by the new Corporate Governance Code developed by the Bank of Russia.
