Timur Lipatov was appointed Deputy Director General of E.ON Russia for New Build and Strategic Development
 Timur Lipatov, who previously held the position of Director for Investment and Development of E.ON Russia, was appointed Deputy Director General for New Build and Strategic Development.
It was resolved due to change in the organizational structure of E.ON Russia to improve the management system. In addition to the issues related to the Company investment program, Timur Lipatov will be responsible for preparation of the development strategy of E.ON Russia including generating capacities. He will also be responsible for the issues of long-term planning of the company activities, as well as business diversification and expansion.
Timur Lipatov came to E.ON Russia (formerly known as OGK-4) in March 2009 and took up the position as Chief Operating Officer for Capital Construction. He managed the projects for construction of new 400 MW combined-cycle power units at Shaturskaya, Yaivinskaya GRES and Surgutskaya GRES-2. Currently, he heads construction of 800 MW power unit No. 3 at Berezovskaya GRES.
In 2006-2007 Timur Lipatov was the Head of the Projects Department of OGK-5, from 2007 till 2009 - Director for Capital Construction of OGK-3. His total work experience in the electric power industry is over 10 years.
