The specialists of Sumy Frunze Plant have designed, manufactured, tested and by the end of this year will deliver to the customer set of equipment designed to furnish a new station at Yety-Purovskoye field.

In particular, the contract with JSC «Gazprom Neft» provides supplying of two turbo-compressor units with unit capacity of 12 MW, NK 16STD gas turbine drives and station process equipment, including air coolers, separators, valve units, inter-unit piping, metal structures for cable racks and process metalworks.

The main purpose of the compressor station is gas pretreatment, compression, partial separation of the liquid from the flow of associated petroleum gas (APG) and with its subsequent supply to the discharge gas pipeline.

PJSC «Sumy Frunze NPO» has been developing and manufacturing APG recovery facilities for more than 25 years. FRUNZE branded equipment is successfully operated at Samatlorskoye, Variyeganskoye, Fedorovskoye, Lyantorskoye, Vyngapurovskoye fields in Russia. Most APG recovery facilities (about 40 units) were supplied by Sumy Frunze engineers for the needs of JSC «Surgutneftegas». Similar products are also represented at CS «Anastasevskaya» in Ukraine and «Kokdumalak» field in Uzbekistan.

APG recovery project has been executed by PJSC «Sumy Frunze NPO» this year as well. Last summer necessary equipment was manufactured and shipped to Pravdinskoye field, which is operated by JSC «Yuganskneftegaz».

Contract to equip CS at Yety-Purovskoye field is the first experience of Sumy Frunze Plant cooperation with JSC «Gazprom Neft».
