Krasny Kotelshchik has completed shipment of equipment for Kirovskaya CHPP-4
 The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works "Krasny Kotelshchik" (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance, a member of the power plant concern OJSC Power Machines) has shipped the last product shipment within the framework of implementation of priority investment project for Kirovskaya CHPP-4 modernization.
In May 2012 PJSC EMAlliance entered into a Contract with PJSC TGK-5 (the branch for implementation of priority investment projects in Kirov, a member of CJSC IES-Holding) as a result of a won tender. According to the Contract the power plant company obliged to design, manufacture and supply five HP heaters of PVD-550 type in complete with fast-acting protection system. Also a set of spare parts required for equipment erection at start-up facilities Nos. 1 and 2 of Kirovskaya CHPP-4 was manufactured and shipped at the customer's request.
As of today the equipment manufactured at the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works in series has been supplied to Kirovskaya CHPP-4 in full. The HP heaters produced by PJSC Krasny Kotelshchik have proved themselves to be reliable and powerful equipment.
As a result of implementation of priority investment project for replacement of worn-out and obsolete equipment the capacity of Kirovskaya CHPP-4 will increase from 320 to 345 MW. These measures will allow to reduce the electrical power deficiency of Kirovskaya energy system and to enhance reliability of consumers’ power supply.
