The parties addressed the progress with the Agreement of Cooperation. In particular, the meeting focused on the development of the CNG filling station network in the Orenburg Region. It was noted that during the current year Gazprom was preparing design and estimate documentation for constructing nine stations which the Company planned to commission by January 2015. In addition, a CNG station is being upgraded in Ilek settlement (Ilek District).

Alexey Miller and Yury Berg discussed the issues concerning Gazprom's social projects in the Orenburg Region. At present, the Company is engaged in design and survey activities for the construction of a health and fitness center with a multifunctional gym and a swimming pool in Severny settlement.

Alexey Miller drew the attention of Yury Berg to the need of taking urgent measures for repaying the regional consumers' overdue debt for the gas supplied. As of September 1, 2013 the debt totaled RUB 1.28 billion.

Gazprom and the Orenburg Region Government entered into an open-ended Agreement of Cooperation in March 2006.

Currently, there are eight active CNG filling stations owned by Gazprom in the Orenburg Region. In 2013 the Orenburg Region Government and Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo signed the Agreement on wider use of natural gas as a vehicle fuel. In this regard, the Orenburg Region Government committed itself to create a fleet of natural gas vehicles. The Program on the NGV market development was prepared in the Orenburg Region for the period from 2013 to 2015 and for the period till 2020.

From 2007 to 2012 Gazprom allotted over RUB 1.2 billion within the Gazprom for Children program for the reconstruction of sports facilities of Gazprom's subsidiary companies operating in the Orenburg Region as well as for the construction of 32 versatile sports centers and playgrounds.
