Oleg Isaev has been appointed General Director of IDGC of Centre
 According to the decision of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev has been appointed General Director of IDGC of Centre, who previously held the position of Acting General Director of the Company.
Oleg Y. Isaev was born in 1969. He graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute on the specialty «Jurisprudence» and the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation on the specialty «State and municipal management». He is a candidate of legal sciences.
In the period from 1987 to 2008 Oleg Isaev served in various positions in the agencies of military justice, the Federal Service for Special Construction, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was Acting Deputy General Director of «Russian Technologies — logistics systems» Ltd. In 2009-2010 he worked as Deputy General Director of OJSC «Moscow United Electric Grid Company». In 2011 — 2012 he was General Director of State Enterprise ‘Foreign Economic Association ‘TYAZHPROMEXPORT’ (V/O Tyazhpromexport).
