Turboatom performed modernization of milling machine
 In the workshop of mechanical assembly and welding OJSC "Turboatom" after overhaul was commissioned milling machine FCH-60.
The machine is processing of the guide blades of steam turbines. FCH-60 developed by the Czech firmka TOS Kurim more than 60 years ago. Instead, the control system ChPU on the machine is used paper tape, which was made on celluloid, which complicated the process work. During the operation of the machine is worn mechanical parts and electronics. In addition, the system performs a very limited number of functions.
Modernization of the equipment lasted about four months. At FCH-60 was equipped with modern ChPU system made replacement engines, electronics and relay repair of mechanical parts.
Services provided allowed to extend the life of the machine for at least 20 years. Thanks to the new ChPU machine can perform advanced functions and process turbine components with higher performance. Also, after the upgrade has improved the quality of treatment and decreased production cycles.
