Turboatom continues to work on the equipment for Kalinin NPP

Control assembly 4 modules delivered to the customer. After packing the pipes and welding equipment has passed pneumonic testing, dye penetrant, control assembly and handed to packaging and shipping. The remaining 4 modules will be delivered to the customer and shipped by the end of October.

4 modules of the fourth casing are filled with tubes and ready for the control assembly.

The contract for the manufacture and supply of pipe systems of condenser for unit No 2 of Kalininskaya NPP OJSC "Turboatom" and partner enterprise LLC "KomplektEnergo" (Russia) signed in December 2012. According to the contract "Turboatom" will replace the condenser’ s pipe systems of “unit-modular”  type with copper-nickel tubes with turbine capacity of 1,000 MW to the condenser with stainless steel cooling tubes.
