Turboatom commissioned thermal bogie hearth furnace

The new furnace is designed for heat treatment of forgings and billets of carbon, alloy and stainless steel weighing up to 10 tons maximum processing temperature reaches 1150 0C. The equipment is fully automated.

A Thermo Car bottom furnace is particularly performance. Due to wear fiber insulation and high-speed burners use less time heating and cooling the furnace, thus reducing energy consumption. Oven significantly extends the technological capabilities of the enterprise and produces higher quality products. With the launch of this equipment will improve environmental performance and increase crop production at the plant.

After 72 hours of test run the oven starts to operate at full capacity.
