“Krasny Kotelshchik” has Shipped Equipment for Troitskaya GRES

The equipment weight is approximately 280 ton. The platen superheater and the reheater are the assemblies of the Boiler II-57 of OGK-2 at Troitskaya GRES and will be installed within the framework of the repair program of this plant.
The reheater of this design has been manufactured at Krasny Kotelshchik for the first time. At request of the Customer the specialists of PJSC EMAlliance Podolsk Engineering Office have changed the bending form and radius, which has allowed to improve operating performance of the above equipment.
The distinctive feature of the superheater central bend is radius-diameter small ratio, it equals to about 1.4. In this respect, work on the order has demanded that the manufacturer searches for new technologies. The platen superheater for Troitskaya GRES is also designed by PJSC EMAlliance Podolsk Engineering Office.
