LUKOIL-BUNKER takes part in emergency oil spill response training in Vysotsk

According to the training legend, they were used for collecting fuel oil and water mixture from fuel oil collectors and for further delivery to recycling facilities. The vessels had success in all problems raised.
According to the training scenario, the tanker Gerkules loaded with fuel oil left the birth of the RPK Vysotsk Lukoil-II oil terminal. Some time later, the captain of the tank reported about the tank collision resulted in a breach, fire and fuel oil spill. The amount of oil spilled on the sea was about 12 thousand tonnes. There were some injured persons, two crew members were found in the water. The injured people had to be evacuated; the people in the water needed to be picked up and delivered to medical treatment stations. The spill was evaluated as a federal one. For its liquidation, they required to attract Rosmorrechflot's regional forces and facilities, cooperating organizations, as well as forces and facilities of neighbouring foreign states.
